EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Returns:

We hope that you are totally satisfied with you purchase. However if you are not satisfied, we will happily accept a return in exchange for store credit, within 14 days of purchase. At this moment, we do not accept any cash refunds. Some exclusions may apply. In the unlikely and unfortunate case that an item is defective or damaged,please send it back to us and we will happily replace the item and send it back to you free of charge.

To complete your return, please email us first, after which we require a receipt or proof of purchase, the item, with its original packaging and the enclosed RMA form.  If you do not have the RMA form, please email us at: team@yourpearlstory.com and we will email it to you.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product using registered mail or courier service to: Pearl Concepts, 7/F Ashley Nine, 9-11 Ashley Rd, TST, Kowloon, Hong Kong. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
